Top 10 most-viewed Nollywood movies on YouTube in 2025

Nollywood’s biggest audience fight in 2025 wasn’t only at the box office or on streaming apps, it was on YouTube, where actor-led channels are now acting like mini-studios with their own release calendars, fan bases, and ad-driven revenue models.

Blknow’s ranking of the most-viewed Nollywood films on YouTube in 2025 shows the “YouTube-first” play is no longer experimental, it’s mainstream for the right kind of romantic drama and star-powered storytelling.

At the top sits Love in Every Word (31 million views), released on Omoni Oboli TV, followed by Love in Every Word 2 (20 million views), also on the same channel, proof that a sequel pipeline can work when the audience already lives on your channel.

The list also reads like a map of Nollywood’s new distribution power centres: Bimbo Ademoye TV places two titles in the top four, Uche Montana TV lands two in the top six, Maurice Sam TV shows up twice, while Sonia Uche TV joins the top ten, each one building a direct relationship with viewers, especially Nigerians at home and the diaspora watching on mobile.

Here is the complete list:

  • Love in Every Word — 31m (Omoni Oboli TV)
  • Love in Every Word 2 — 20m (Omoni Oboli TV)
  • Where Love Lives — 16m (Bimbo Ademoye TV)
